Return Policy for Breathe HEPA Filters

Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
  • Eligible Items: Most Breathe HEPA Filters products are eligible for return, except for items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Items without original packaging or missing components.
 

Damage or Defect Claims

  • Reporting Damages: Any damage or defect must be reported on the same day of delivery. Contact our support team at info@breathehepafilter.com or via the contact form at breathehepafilter.com.
  • Submission Process: Provide photos of the damaged product, packaging, and a description of the issue. Claims submitted after the day of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
  • Resolution: If the claim is approved, a replacement or refund will be provided, subject to inspection by our delivery partner (DTDC).

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
