Return Policy for Breathe HEPA Filters

 Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns
Breathe HEPA Filters offers returns for eligible orders under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
- Eligible Items: Most Breathe HEPA Filters products are eligible for return, except for items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- Items without original packaging or missing components.

 Damage or Defect Claims
- Reporting Damages: Any damage or defect must be reported **on the same day of delivery**. Contact our customer service team via:
  - Amazon Customer Service: Use the online chat or call the Amazon India support number (available on their website) for Amazon orders.
  - Breathe HEPA Filters Support: Email support@breathehepafilter.com or use the contact form on https://breathehepafilter.com/.
- Submission Process: Provide photos of the damaged product, packaging, and a description of the issue. Claims submitted after the day of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
- **Resolution**: If the claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund, subject to inspection by our delivery partner (Amazon or DTDC).

 Return Process
1. Initiate a Return**:
   - For Amazon orders, visit “Your Orders” on Amazon’s website or app and select “Return or Replace Items.”
   - For DTDC orders, contact our customer service team at support@breathehepafilter.com to initiate the process.
2. Print Return Label: For Amazon orders, print your return mailing label from the Online Return Center. For DTDC orders, a return label will be provided upon approval.
3. Package and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it using the provided label.
4. Track Your Return: Monitor the status of your return via Amazon’s “Your Orders” or by contacting our support team.

Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- **Refund Method**: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
